    Great breakfast service.

    The hotel really lacks basic maintenance. I was shocked to find the room had issues with humidity and broken amenities. The staff couldn't properly assist due to language barriers.

    The room offered a fantastic blend of comfort and elegance. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, diverse and delicious. The view of the lake from my room was amazing.

    Some minor maintenance issues could be addressed for a perfect stay.

    Place was quiet and scenic- absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. A beautiful sunset bar.

    Hotel guests were not attentive enough and forgot to upload my luggage onto the car, leaving me with no clothes during my trip to Halong Bay. Hotel staff should always check and not take forgranted because guests was re-checking in again the following day. However, hotel manager had compensated by upgrading me to a lotus suite and free breakfast.

    Had a wonderful stay after exploring Hanoi. I loved the cozy swimming pool and the relaxing spa services that helped me unwind after a long day. The only thing was the breakfast could've had a few more Western options, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience 😊

    The overwater city view room was good, and I loved the delicious breakfast spread. There was plenty of variety to keep everyone satisfied, and the staff was great throughout our stay.

    In my wife's opinion, the location could be improved with better local transport options for families. It was tough sometimes waiting for taxis to accommodate all of us.

    The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake and the sceneries are great with excellent service and very efficient and polite employees

    Had dinner at the Milan Saigon Restaurant and the food was not good considering that we paid US$ 120 for 2 persons which is really expensive and the quality is really not up to a hotel of that status but the prices are exhorbitant.
